Nope, the name was chosen since it provoked the most discussion from all the band members. It was suggested by Freddie and Brian May wrote most of the instrumental/orchestration for the film.

That's true. As a matter of fact, Queen made the whole soundtrack for the movie. Also the instrumental passages.
